Pollos Scharneco is a fast-casual restaurant that decided to refresh its space. Our design preserved and refurbished the existing historical structure that houses the restaurant. Our Criollo Tropical design concept uses traditional Puerto Rican construction materials and design elements such as simple square tiles, metal grates and plates, and bright colors, to evoke a modern yet nostalgic atmosphere.
